Plastic Fabrications.
Our advanced plastic fabrication facilities allow us to produce almost any product to suit your requirements. Polypropylene sheet is used extensively by our company, it is available in sheet sizes of up to 2000mm x 4000mm, and in a variety of thicknesses. This means that we are able to build a wide range of products in our state-of-the-art plastics workshop. The physical characteristics of polypropylene allows for temperatures approaching 100°C, Oil and Acids resistance and a good pressure rating. We can fabricate tanks to the exact size required by the client and also incorporate pipe fittings and valves.
Our tanks in use in an electro-plating facility. Their excellent durability and chemical resistance makes them ideal for this application The advantage to the customer is not having to adapt a standard production unit. We are frequently required to produce "stand alone" bunds to protect against spillage and also have the capacity to line bund areas. Plastic fabrications dont have to be limited to tanks and bunding, in fact, over the years we have produced many different products including custom flanges, spool pieces, electrical enclosures, small storage units, power supply housings and much more.
